Baby Back Ribs: 

Small ribs individually cut, no knife needed with these fall off the bone tender ribs.

We suggest our Signature Coleslaw, Baked Beans and Corn Bread or a choice of two of side dishes.

          Herbed Top Round – Cooked Medium Rare with Horseradish Sauce, slivered Red Onion and Havarti Cheese on Sour Dough Bread 

          Brined Breast of Turkey sliced thin with Smoked Gouda and Honey Mustard Sauce on Whole Wheat Bread 

          Honey Glazed Pit Ham with Swiss Cheese and Grain Mustard on Marble Rye 

 

Chicken Caesar Salad – Grilled Chicken Breast tossed with fresh Romaine Lettuce and Caesar Dressing with shredded Parmesan Cheese and Garlic croûtons.
