This is a wonderful time for you and we want to learn all about your wedding or event dreams and desires to make your big day one of a kind and one to remember!
The first step is to get together at one of our locations or a place near you to get to know you. During our very first conversation, we will give you some things to brainstorm and think about before your consultation. Do you have a vision for your wedding or event cuisine? What restaurants are your favorites or do you have a favorite family dish you would like to share with your guests during your big day? Let us know! This is your day and we want your guests to know that you picked the menu from your heart.
We often wonder…how anyone can choose a menu for the most important day of their life without first tasting items to pick from. All of our clients are treated to a private tasting with entrees prepared especially for them to choose from. After we have created a tasting menu together, you will then visit with one of our top chefs as they prepare dishes from your custom preliminary menus for you to savor in one of our tasting rooms.
With Two Chicks there are never any hidden fees or surprises, besides the wonderful taste of our food, as we make sure to thoroughly review your contact at the tasting. Once you have signed the contract and made you deposit, your date is set. Don’t worry though, everything is changeable up until 2 weeks out from your event date. If you decide to switch some things around, we will be happy to accommodate you!
Remember…your event manager is just a phone call or email away, so anytime during this process you can feel free to call them to discuss your event details.
Two weeks before the wedding, your event manager will call to review everything with you to make sure all of your questions are answered, discuss any changes you may have, and make sure that the flow of the event runs just as you have envisioned.
On the day of the event, our team will have everything set up and ready to go before you and your guests even arrive! Each event has a specialized Event Supervisor on hand to make sure all is well and your big day goes off without a hitch!
